DPT 616: Integrative Case-Based Recitation II

Course Description The purpose of this course is to continue the training of the physical therapy student to utilize a problem-solving process when confronted with a patient. A case study will be presented to groups of students who will over the course of the term determine the appropriate evaluations, assessments, treatments, interventions, and goals. The problems that students are expected to solve in this case study will be more complex, reflecting the additional coursework and clinical experiences that they have received. The students will present their cases to the rest of the class on the last day.
