Tuition and fees for the 2012-2013 academic year are as follows for students entering Undergraduate Studies:

| Per credit tuition (if fewer than 12 credits) | $600 |
| Application fee (non-refundable) | $50 |
| Tuition deposit (non-refundable, applied to tuition) | $500 |
| Administrative fee, per semester | $100 |
| Laboratory fee, per semester | $100 |
| Late registration fee | $50 |
Tuition and fees are subject to change annually. The Touro College Board of Trustees reserves the right to change the fee schedule without prior written notice.
After following the proper withdrawal procedure for students withdrawing from ALL classes, the following refund schedule will apply for the Fall and Spring semesters:

| During the first week of classes | 90% of tuition |
| During the second week of classes | 75% of tuition |
| During the third week of classes | 50% of tuition |
| During the fourth week of classes | 25% of tuition |
| After the fourth week of classes | No Refund |
After following the proper withdrawal procedure for students withdrawing from ALL classes, the following refund schedule will apply for the Summer semester if it is 6 weeks or less:

| During the first week of classes | 60% of tuition |
| During the second week of classes | 20% of tuition |
| After the second week of classes | No Refund |
